Hello, friend. How are you?

"Hello friend," that's lame. Maybe I should give you a name, but that's a slippery slope—you're only an internet visitor, we have to remember that. Shit, it's actually happening, I'm talking to an imaginary person.

The internet is getting louder and sloppier. You're not a person here, you're just a number. A number with metadata attached to it. Your emotions are dictated by algorithms, your day dictated by your favourite computer, your brain with irrelevant garbage, and soon, with LLM-generated slop.

This site is a deliberate counter-move. Short, human, and worth keeping. There will be more of these as the world gets ever so polarized, more of these that real humans like you will create.

Everything here is plain markdown, served as static files. No JS bloat, btw.

If you find something here worth bookmarking (how is that a real word?), that's the point. RSS feed is available for alpha-nerds.

The first paragraph was definitely not taken from Mr. Robot, by the way.

I'll see you around.
